THE PAHAADIYA CODE OF COMMERCE (Terms of Service)

1. THE ARCHITECTURE OF AGREEMENT This digital infrastructure is operated by Pahaadiya Organic & Aromatic (referred to herein as "We," "Us," or "The Brand"). By accessing this ecosystem, navigating our storefront, or purchasing our culinary extractions, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following uncompromising terms and conditions (The "Code of Commerce"). This Code applies to all users of the site, including browsers, clients, merchants, and content contributors. If you do not agree to the entirety of this protocol, you are not authorized to access the site or secure an allocation.

2. THE ASSET & ALLOCATION PROTOCOLS Pahaadiya Organic & Aromatic curates strictly limited, small-batch reserves.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the unilateral right to refuse service, limit production allocations, or cancel orders to any individual or geographic region at our absolute discretion.

  • Product Integrity: We have made every effort to display the matte black hardware and ruby-red extraction colors accurately. We do not guarantee that your device’s monitor will display these elements flawlessly.

  • Modification: The ₹1,199 pricing and formulation of THE ASSAM RESERVE are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price suspension, or discontinuance of a specific batch.

3. EXTREME CULINARY EXTRACTION (Limitation of Liability) THE ASSAM RESERVE is a hyper-premium, high-capsaicin, bio-active lipid extraction utilizing authentic Assam Bhut Jolokia and wild-foraged Jaintia Hills Sichuan.

  • Client Acknowledgment: By securing an allocation, you explicitly acknowledge the extreme nature of this product. It is engineered as a culinary additive, not for direct, undiluted consumption.

  • Liability Waiver: Under no circumstances shall Pahaadiya Organic & Aromatic, our founders, directors, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any physical discomfort, injury, allergic reaction, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or mishandling of our extractions. You assume absolute responsibility for safely deploying this asset in your culinary environment and keeping it entirely out of reach of children and pets.

4. FINANCIAL METRICS & BILLING ACCURACY You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all allocations made at our store. We reserve the right to cancel transactions that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by unauthorized resellers, drop-shippers, or distributors attempting to dilute our brand equity.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GUARDRAILS The Pahaadiya digital ecosystem—including its specific romance copy, brand identity, visual assets, and formulation methodology—is the exclusive intellectual property of Pahaadiya Organic & Aromatic. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, duplicating, reproducing, or exploiting any portion of our Service or product positioning without our express, written, legal consent.

6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & GATEWAYS We may provide you with access to elite third-party tools (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or Shiprocket logistics) over which we neither monitor nor have direct control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and without any warranties or endorsements.

7. GOVERNING JURISDICTION This Code of Commerce and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our assets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tinsukia, Assam.
