1. ALLOCATION PROCESSING & DISPATCH Every 30ml vessel of THE ASSAM RESERVE is hand-bottled, gravity-filtered, and sealed at our extraction facility in Tinsukia, Assam. To maintain the absolute purity of our wild-foraged ingredients, we do not mass-warehouse our inventory in third-party fulfillment centers.

  • Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch strictly within 24 to 48 hours of your payment clearing our secure gateway.

  • Dispatch operations run Monday through Saturday. Orders secured on Sundays or regional public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. PREMIUM TRANSIT NETWORKS (Pan-India) Because we are shipping high-value, matte black glass vessels, we partner exclusively with elite domestic courier networks (including Delhivery, BlueDart, and express airfreight partners) to ensure your asset arrives uncompromised.

  • Standard Pan-India Delivery: Expected transit time is 5 to 7 business days from the moment the courier secures the package from our Assam headquarters.

  • Remote Access: Deliveries to extreme geographical locations or Tier-3 zones may require an additional 48 to 72 hours.

3. THE PACKAGING ARMOR Your allocation is physically secured within a custom-machined, matte black kraft paper cylinder tube. This secondary packaging is engineered to absorb kinetic impact during transit, ensuring the primary glass vessel remains flawless upon arrival.

4. DIGITAL TRACKING & SURVEILLANCE The moment your allocation leaves our facility, our logistics engine will transmit a secure tracking link directly to your registered email and mobile number. You will have real-time visibility over your asset's exact coordinates until it reaches your final destination.

5. UNFORESEEN GEOGRAPHIC DELAYS Given our operational headquarters in the Himalayan foothills of the Northeast, dispatch schedules are occasionally subject to severe weather anomalies or regional logistical freezes. In such rare events, The Founders' Desk will communicate directly with you regarding your revised delivery timeline.
