THE HYGIENE & AUTHENTICITY STANDARD

Pahaadiya Organic & Aromatic deals exclusively in hyper-premium, wild-foraged culinary extractions. Due to the consumable nature of THE ASSAM RESERVEand strict FSSAI hygiene protocols, all sales are final. To guarantee the purity, safety, and bio-active integrity of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" requests once an allocation has been dispatched from our facility in Assam.

THE TRANSIT GUARANTEE (Damages & Issues)

Our 30ml matte black glass vessels are heavily fortified for interstate transit. However, we understand that courier handling can occasionally be unpredictable.

If your order arrives shattered, compromised, or leaking, you do not need to mail back the broken glass. We will make it right immediately.

The Protocol for Replacements:

  1. Inspect your package immediately upon reception.

  2. If the product is damaged, email us at info@pahaadiyaorganic.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. You must include a clear, well-lit photograph of the damaged vessel and the shipping box, along with your Order Number.

  4. Once our team verifies the damage, we will automatically dispatch a replacement allocation to your address via priority airfreight at zero additional cost to you.

REFUND ALLOCATIONS

Refunds are strictly reserved for catastrophic transit failures where a replacement is either out of stock or explicitly declined by the customer.

If a refund is approved by our team based on your photographic evidence, the credit will be routed directly back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your statement.
